Cuevas Medek Exercises (CME)
One of the most amazing styles of therapy I've come across (to say the least). "Cuevas MEDEK Exercises (CME) is a psychomotor form of physical therapy for infants and children experiencing delayed motor development." - Simona Di Marchi, CME IV Created by Ramon Cuevas over 30 years ago, this style of therapy uses specific equipment and handling to provoke spontaneous postural-functional reactions by gradually exposing your child to gravity. This will help your child develop independence, and gain control of their body. CME therapy can be applied to children as young as 3 months old and may continue until controlled indpendnet walking in achieved (however this can be limited by the child's weight and other factors). CME exercises must be done by a CME Certified Therapist to ensure proper technique, quality, and safety.
